Scope of responsibilities:

• Managing the production process in order to ensure the realization of production plans and stability of quality and performance parameters

• Management of the subordinate team of employees

• Organizing and conducting production trials and tests

• Development of nanomaterials production procedures in cooperation with the R&D department

• Training production employees in the scope of conducting technological processes

• Substantive supervision over production technology

• Supervision over the correct functioning of quality assurance systems

• Planning budgets of fixed and variable costs as well as control of their implementation,

• Data processing and analysis for the purpose of identifying problems,

• Ensuring implementation of the production plan with consideration of GMP, GHP, Occupational Health and Safety and Fire Safety requirements

• Supervision over servicing of the machine park

Our requirements:

• the ability of make quick and sound decisions, independence

• interpersonal and leadership skills

• knowledge of chemical technologies

• knowledge of the foundations of chemical engineering

• at least 2 years of experience at a similar position

• Cat. B driver’s license

• Experience in the chemical or nanotechnology industry will be an additional plus.
